The ease of booking is incredible, the staff are wonderful and are there for your every need, and I do mean "every" need ..... I always use the car service she recommends which is really nice after the long flight from CA and then you arrive to a sparkling clean apartment with a fresh bottle of wine and flowers. I have stayed in Paris at least 6 times and done so in both the apartment thing (both non Erica, Erica's and with a hotel) and nothing has compared to staying with Erica. It is always like a little home away from home and I know that I can call a member of her staff for any thing I could possibly need (which I have yet to find since the apartment is so well appointed with maps and information.)”
