This luxurious 240 square meter 3 Bedroom duplex apartment is located in a traditional 19th century Parisian building in an upscale area of the chic 16th arrondissement. Sumptuously decorated, it encompasses two levels (ground floor and first floor) and overlooks the building's courtyard garden. This short-term rental accommodation is situated in the heart of the Golden Triangle (Triangle D’Or) a short walk from the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, or in the other direction the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower.

Included in your rental is daily cleaning service and a housekeeper. There is a parking garage available for your use in the building, as well.

On the first level, the entrance hall (25 m2) leads directly to the elegant living room and dining room. A folding mirror conceals the stairway leading up to the 3 bedrooms.

The gorgeous living room (75 m2) has a tiled floor, decorative fireplace, 6.2 meter high ceiling (20 Feet), gorgeous chandelier and high windows letting in bright light. Two comfortable sofas and armchairs surround the glass coffee table. A black piano, stereo, Playstation 3, satellite TV and DVD player are here for your entertainment, as well as built-in shelves filled with books and CDs.

Wireless Internet is available throughout the apartment. There is a PC laptop computer as well as a fax machine, printer, and scanner for keeping in touch with home or the office.
