The apartment has been completely renovated and decorated with no expenses spared in order to make it a luxurious rental comparable to the best boutique hotels in comfort and charm yet, with much more space and amenities then even a luxury hotel could offer. The St. Germain luxe apartment sleeps up to 6 comfortably. There are two King beds and a sofa that makes a double bed in the living room. We can also supply a crib for a baby at no extra cost.

The St Germain luxe apartment is air conditioned, has two full modern bathrooms: one with shower, toilet and sink, and one with a large tub, hand held and wall mounted shower, and two sinks. The sunny eat in kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, convection burners, large fridge and freezer, high quality knives and stainless cookware, toaster, coffee maker etc.).

The spacious living room overlooking boulevard St. Germain has two deep couches to settle into after a long day of sight seeing or working, a large flat screen TV, a Bose stereo system, new iMac desktop computer, wireless high speed internet (or Ethernet cable), iPod dock, DVD player, lots of movies and books and more.

Your Paris vacation apartment is walking distance to all of central Paris: St. Sulpice, the church made famous in the Da Vinci Code, the Bon Marche luxury department store, the bi-weekly organic market on boulevard Raspail, the Seine river, Notre Dame, Ste. Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, Ile St. Louis, Pont Neuf, shopping on Boulevard St. Germain, and the Latin Quarter. The Luxembourg gardens are less then 5 minutes by foot. The Sorbonne is around the corner. Just minutes down boulevard St. Germain you will find Café Flore and Café les Deux Magots.

Please Note: This apartment is up 3 flights of stairs. This would be a problem for anyone with trouble walking and climbing.

This apartment has curtains and furniture that are made from fragile and expensive fabrics. This could be difficult for families with small children. You would know best whether you would be comfortable having your children in this apartment.
