This furnished and air-conditioned 3 bedroom apartment is located on a tiny street with very few buildings in the historic Marais district of Paris, a 5 minute walk from the Ile St Louis. This luxurious home is located on the second floor of a Haussmanien building with an elevator. Step into the elegant corridor, which links all the rooms together.

The 20m² (approx. 215ft²) living room has a parquet floor, moldings and two double-glazed windows that provide access to a balcony that overlooks the street. It is furnished with antiques including an 1880s sofa and armchairs and a decorative fireplace with gilded mirror.

The living room also provides access to the 14m² (approx. 150ft²) dining room and multimedia den, furnished with a sofabed for two people and dining table with chairs that seats 6.
