**Please be aware that this apartment is a 4th floor walk up and has an open interior stairway inside the flat leading to the upstairs bedroom and terrace. This may be a problem for anyone who has trouble walking and for small children.
** Haven in Paris and the apartment owner will not be held liable for any injuries caused by or related to the use of this staircase or terrace.
** As a special design feature, the bedrooms and the bathrooms are open to each other, and there is no door for the bathroom. There is still some privacy provided by a wall between the two rooms.
** All of our properties are strictly non-smoking. However, there is sometimes the smell of cigarette smoke that drifts into the property from a neighboring apartment at this flat. We would not advise anyone who is sensitive to smoke to stay in the downstairs master bedroom.
