Located in the very heart of Paris, our Louvre 2 bedroom vacation rental apartment with private terrace and panoramic Paris view is a gorgeous designer gem. The apartment is close to the Louvre, rue Saint Honoré, Pont, Neuf, Chatelet and all of central Paris. From your beautiful rental you are just a short walk to the Louvre, the Seine, Palais Royal gardens, Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame, and mere minutes from the exciting Marais district. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is a haven you just won’t want to leave.

Entering the flat up a short flight of stairs, you will first discover the cozy first bedroom with a high quality double bed. This bedroom gives out on the building’s internal courtyard, making it a quiet sanctuary of restful relaxation.

Heading up the apartment’s staircase, paved in original 18th century terra cotta tiles, you will discover the modern stainless steel kitchen, complete with all of the appliances and amenities you will need for home-cooked meals made with your fresh market finds. Behind you, you will find a hallway leading to the fully outfitted bathroom, complete with washer/dryer, a spacious rain shower and towel rack, fully-stocked with plush white towels.

Just beyond the kitchen, the spacious dining and living room area is a warm, open space to rest, relax and entertain. Take in the spectacular views of the St. Eustache and Sacré Coeur cathedrals as you dine on the Le Corbusier glass-top table, or lounge on the generous sofa while enjoying some well-deserved TV time on the flat-screen television.

The master bedroom is perched on an airy mezzanine, a short flight of stairs above the living room. The queen-size bed with high-quality linens is a welcoming cocoon of relaxation after your days of urban explorations.

Just off the bedroom you will find the gorgeous rooftop terrace. With a table and seating for 4 and two lounge chairs, this exceptionally rare terrace offers a 360° view of Paris’ legendary rooftop landscape. Among slate roofs and chimney pots, spot the Eiffel Tower, the Pompidou Center, the Tour Saint Jacques, the Hotel de Ville… All of central Paris lies under you.

Please note that this property is not ideally suited for anyone with issues climbing stairs. There is a flight of stairs from the elevator to the door of the flat. There is an internal staircase leading from the bottom floor to the main living area, and another staircase leading up from the living room to the master bedroom and terrace. This property may also not be ideally suited for groups with children, as the internal staircase leading to the master bedroom does not have a hand rail.
