This beautiful Paris penthouse studio apartment is located on the 7th and top floor (with elevator) of a typical 1930s Parisian building. From inside the apartment there is a spectacular view of Sacre Coeur and Montmartre - possibly one of the most romantic views in all of Paris. The apartment consists of a single large room that serves as bedroom and living/dining area, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and a full bath (American shower and bathtub) as well a separate WC with toilet.

The 4 large picture windows overlook Sacre Coeur cathedral, Paris' beautiful rooftops, and open sky. The natural light of this top floor apartment, combined with fresh white paint and oak floors, gives the apartment a relaxing, soothing and peaceful ambiance. The rue Livingstone apartment has been completely renovated and modernized while maintaining the original charm of its 1930s architecture. There is a wonderful food and produce market on nearby rue Lépic and rue des Abbesses, where you will find numerous boulangeries, pâtisseries, fromageries, fresh fruit and vegetable stands, butchers, fish shops and much more. * Note from HiP: While this apartment can accommodate 4 people comfortably (and has done so many times in the past!), please keep in mind that it is a studio and as such not as spacious as having a separate bedroom.
* In the warmer months, Parisians like to gather and relax on the steps leading up to Sacre Coeur; it is quite pleasant but some nights you may hear them if you have the windows open.
