This was our second year renting from Haven in Paris. Rive Gauche was an amazing location!!! It was on a relatively quiet street and was a short walk to so many places. There was a great bakery called Paul which was a 5 minute walk and I had my baguette with ham, cheese and butter every day! ( I would never ever eat that at home!!) There were so many small art galleries in the neighborhood. We are going to go back to Paris next year and hopefully the Rive Gauche apartment will be available for us to rent again! |

The whole process from reservation to check out was terrific. We were greeted by Roger and Didier was there to check us out; really lovely guys. The apartment was just as we had imagined; the beds were comfortable and having an elevator was an added bonus. Why HiP? I loved your website - easy to get around and choose the right apartment for your needs. |

I was very happy at the apartment. It met my expectations. The greeter was very helpful, the apartment was very clean. Location is great, the size of he apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The street is quiet and just a block away you can find lots of entertainment, boutiques, galleries, restaurants... You are blocks away from a supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacies and two underground stations. Everything was great. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our fortnight in the Rive Gauche apartment and made for a near perfect Parisian experience. The location is fabulous. It was immaculately clean and very well appointed - whilst the provision of a coffee machine, laundry/kitchen/bathroom soaps were well thought additions. Further, the security that both the apartment and building afforded, provided great peace of mind. Full compliments to Didier, he is an absolute asset to HIP - being highly professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. In short, our family adored him! We would have no hesitation in recommending your organisation. |

Thank you again for such a nice stay. We had a terrific time and loved the apartment. Here are some comments: We LOVED Didier (our greeter). The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable and usable (we've learned we can't assume either...). We had all the dishes/cooking equipment we needed. It was very helpful to have the phone service provided; we needed it on a couple of occasions. Having filtered water was a very nice addition. Many thanks to the owner(s) for the lovely bottle of wine. We quite enjoyed it. We arrived home just in time to ask ourselves when we would be returning to Paris. Many thanks for your very professional, helpful and considerate hosting. |

It was fantastic in every way. I have stayed in Paris a few times and this is by far the best! I could not fault anything. I highly recommend this apartment and Haven in Paris to anybody. The apartment was perfectly located for us, was immaculately clean and adequately appointed. The welcoming wine and flowers were lovely. Our greeter, Didier, was exceptional. As he may have reported, one of our group became ill on the flight to Paris and required immediate medical attention upon our arrival. Didier handled the situation with calm efficiency, and within an hour or so of our arrival, she had obtained the necessary prescription to facilitate her recovery. A few days later we had a problem with the TV, and he arrived promptly on a Saturday morning to help us. His manner overall was charming and friendly, and we felt very lucky to have him as our greeter. Our driver, Andy Waters, was also very helpful in resolving our medical emergency, telephoning Didier ahead to advise him of our problem. We also availed ourselves of Andy's services to take a trip to Giverny, which was a delightful day. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company's services to anyone I know planning a stay in Paris. With very best wishes for your future success. |

The Rive Gauche apartment was a great home base for our stay in Paris. Great location, comfortable, and enough room for the three 19 year-olds who were traveling with me. The greeter was helpful and the whole process painless. Why HiP? Recommendation from a friend. |
