I cannot sing enough praises for Haven In Paris for offering a reliable and seamless service. The apartment (Luxembourg Gardens) was clean, lovely and exactly as the pictures portrayed it to be. Its location is excellent. Our greeter Raffaella was friendly & helpful. And our airport transportation (Michael with Taxinet, from list of HIP vendors) was patient, helpful & punctual with both our airport pickup & dropoff, and was equipped with a van & two carseats for our two small children. The HIP website was also quite useful for links concerning the kids. Thank you HIP for a smooth & wonderful stay in Paris! |

We had a great time and all the appliances (except the shower) were easy to use. We also thought that the Luxembourg Gardens were extremely fun with the cool playground and the sailboats. We also loved the place across the street and it was kid-friendly and had great food. Au revoir! |

Staying at the Luxembourg Garden Penthouse with Terrace was exactly what every Paris holiday should be. The apartment was exactly as shown; it was in excellent condition and it broke my heart to leave it! Apart from the fantastic apartment, you really can't ask to find a more central location in Paris. It is close to all things fabulous and it's situated in a classic Parisian street. My husband and I can't wait to stay there again. The Servandoni flat will be our home away from home in Paris! Why HiP? There were several reasons why we chose the Luxembourg Garden Penthouse with Terrace and at the end of the day, we were there for 10 days and it was just as cost effective to stay in a small hotel room versus a huge apartment with a terrace! It was a no brainer for us - we wanted to have a gorgeous balcony in Paris and the Servandoni perfectly fit this requirement. Guaranteeing a balcony is something that a hotel can't do and this was absolutely the best decision! |

Renting process is smooth, property was exactly as described. The greater (Raffaella)was easy to reach, very pleasant, and punctual. This was our second time renting with HiP and we will return. Why HiP? We liked the top floor and the terrace as well as the modern, clean, and minimalistic look of the property. |

My daughters and I loved the Servandoni apartment. it was very clean when we arrived, and Raffaella was a wonderful person to greet us and help us get oriented, complete with flowers and a bottle of wine. She went out of her way to accommodate whatever requests we had. |

Renting was very straightforward. HIP followed up frequently in advance of our trip - answering most of our questions before we thought to ask them. SPECIFIC NOTE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: If you are a runner and plan to run off some of the amazing french food while you are there - stay in this Servandoni property. My wife is a runner and really considers a daily jog part of her vacation. The Jardin du Luxmbourg is just up the street from this property and provided an amazing and comfortable place in Paris for her morning run. My daughters and I would often walk the park while she was there and it is a very cool place to step out of the city buzz. The apartment is a great two bedroom - perfect for families - just be ready to climb the stairs! |

We couldn't have chosen a more perfect location or apartment for our fist stay in Paris. Even the 4 flights of stairs helped keep the foie gras pounds at bay! the bells at Saint-Sulpice are a personal favorite, especially on Sunday. |

Dealing with the HIP staff has been a pleasure. From my very first contact with Maggie, every staff member with whom I communicated was perfectly helpful, informative, patient, and professional. Just as Maggie had originally explained, the Luxembourg Garden Penthouse with Terrace is a haven of peace within the hustle and bustle of the 6th. We took full advantage of being so close to Pierre Herme, Jean-Charles Rochoux, etc. We also took full advantage of Erica's Montmartre recommendations. I can still evoke the taste of the caramelized tartes from Les Petits Mitrons. The apartment was quite clean, including the pristine bedding. The view from the downstairs bathroom window was like out of a picture book on France, but at the same time I missed having a street view. The living room sofa was particularly comfortable. Although there were many conveniences, we would have very much enjoyed having a Nespresso machine. When we were getting ready to leave, our driver was a bit late (not enough to compromise making our flight, but I panic easily). Raffaella (our greeter) was wonderful. She contacted the driver and then stayed with us until he arrived. I remember a comment from your web site about how the world would be a much better place if all businesses were run like yours. I heartily concur. |

The Luxembourg Garden Penthouse with Terrace is a beautiful apartment. We found it to be extremely well equipped and greatly appreciated the comprehensive user guide for all the appliances and local information etc. Haven in Paris were exceptional to deal with, from my initial inquiry contact right through to check out. Our greeter Raffaella was wonderful! Why HiP? A friend sent me a link to HIP and from there everything was perfect. We absolutely loved the Luxembourg Garden Penthouse with Terrace Apartment we stayed in. It was even better than the pictures. The terrace was our favorite part and really what sold us on this property. The woman who greated us was so kind and helpful. Having more space than a hotel room can provide made our stay in Paris magical. We would more than reccomend it and we most certainly will be back! |

We stayed at the Luxembourg Garden Penthouse with Terrace for 5 nights in September and it was phenomenal!!! Gorgeous apartment, immaculate, fabulous location! The view from the terrace was magical. Loved being right next to St. Sculptice. I miss the apartment already and we will definitely return. It is a 4 story walk up, so be prepared to do some stair climbing, but this didn't bother us at all. Rafaella, our greeter was absolutely amazing! So friendly, helpful, always available, she was just wonderful. The entire Haven in Paris team was a dream to book with. They checked in regularly to ensure they had all of our travel details. They sent very detailed, clear instructions, I will continue to use them in the future. Thank you SO much! We had a wonderful stay! |

We like the whole experience. From booking the property to getting details to meet up with our greeter to the apartment. Everything is perfect. The service are professional and friendly.
