We think the apartment is lovely, charming, clean, well located. However, we would not rent the apt. again because the bathroom is too far away from the bedroom. Also, there are too many stairs from the elevator. NOTE from HiP: This is not an apartment appropriate for people who have problems climbing stairs. The bathroom is down the stairs from the main bedroom and up the stairs from the second bedroom. Why HiP? The ease of using the internet for the process. |

Haven in Paris was WONDERFUL to work with. When a friend's apartment didn't work out, she contacted Haven and they sent us a list of apartments that WERE available. Our trip (our honeymoon!) was incredible. The apartment was perfect for our 11 day trip as we had room to spread out and feel like we were living in Paris and not just visiting. The Louvre apartment was modern and very Parisian at the same time. We loved it! Why HiP? Connection through friends. We've already passed on the Haven in Paris site to a travel agent friend as well as other friends! |

Our apartment on Rue Saint Honore was wonderful. It looked exactly as it did on the website. It was clean, modern, luxurious and beautiful. |

Everything was great. Better instructions for use of the combo microwave / conventional oven would be a help to future users. We had a lovely time, and our greeter, Regina, was charming and very helpful. NOTE FROM HIP: We have added better instructions for the oven to the apartment guidebook. Why HiP? We were recommended by another group who loved their stay at Erica's place in Montmarte. |

My rental experience with Haven in Paris was the best I've found. I often use VRBO, but this was much better! My emails were answered very promptly and they often would call me to make sure that I was satisfied with the answer to a question. I have never received such excellent, customized service. They were very prompt in quickly arranging an alternative property when an unexpected situation arose that was out of anyone's control. I had never rented an apartment in Paris and was a lilttle hesitant to try it, but I had such a reliable experience with this company and highly recommend it! Regina (our greeter) was delightful and very helpful! She helped us with finding great streets and markets to explore and was invaluable in arranging our taxi for departure! Thank you so much for making our trip just perfect! I will be happy to talk with anyone considering you for a rental property! Why HiP? I found good recommendations on Trip Advisor. Also the website is extremely well done and beautiful. It allows you to get a true feel of the property and what is provided. |

The location of the apartment was wonderful, we really liked the neighborhood. The apartment was in excellent condition and very adequate for three female adults. The terrace was a real added bonus, the views were wonderful. |

The apartment was just fabulous...met all of our needs, space, tons of light...amenities...well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, the terrace wonderful and the location was best of all...in the middle of all the action and right across the street from the metro. Can't wait to come back. |

Lovely Apt - a modern Parisian loft with all the luxuries required. The location of the apt is the most attractive feature! The owner has some excellent movies on DVDs. |

The apartment was excellent! A terrific location within walking distance of the Louvre, Les Halles and half a block from the subway. The owner kindly met us upon our arrival and told us all about the neighborhood with suggestions for shopping and good places to eat! The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped. We look forward to our next visit to Paris, to staying at this apartment and to sharing information about this apartment with our friends |
