We had a lovely stay in Paris. It was a shame it could not be longer. Our greeter was very pleasant, helping us with our bags up those very uneven stairs. I particularly enjoyed the food shopping part of our stay - all those lovely (but very expensive) traiteurs. We hope to stay in Paris again, but for a longer time and perhaps somewhere a bit larger. |

A great flat in a fantastic location! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location could not have been better. Walking distance to Notre Dame, The Louvre, Musee d'Orsay, Luxembourg Gardens and the Metro. We enjoyed the shops and cafes just a few steps from the front door. Why HiP? Our friends Pat Meeks and Carlos Millan have rented through Haven in Paris and recommended HIP to us. |

I was warned from friends about renting an apartment in Paris as there have been so many "bad" experiences. Haven in Paris however was the best experience I have encountered! The ease of booking procedures: any question i had was immediately answered. I was given a booklet with step by step instructions to everything(tv, Washing machine, coffee machine etc). The most important thing though was how amazing the apartment was. Far better than the pictures!! The neighborhood was exactly what i was after. Right in the mix of the best restaurants and walking distance to most things. If not, the metro was a minute away! I can't wait to go back! Why HiP? The place looked great on the internet and from the moment I emailed a question through, and received a reply virtually straight away..well it was the dedication and service that finally got me. |

I also wanted to give feedback on our visit to Paris. David and I were in the 45 rue Mazarine apartment. We were both very pleased with the apartment. The location was perfect. It was so nice being in such a vibrant neighborhood with some many amenities near. The décor was so well done. And the kitchen facilities were perfect. (I am used to a gas stove, but the electric stove top was even better!) Our greeter, Amaury, was great. He was very nice and very responsive to our questions. I would give him excellent ratings. We have passed on the website to several friends and would definitely come back. Thanks! Judy |

We had a wonderful stay at the Mazarine property. The flat is really cute, and even though it is quite small, it was perfect for our family of 3! Gilles (our greeter) was very nice and polite, and his "guided tour" of the apartment was very helpful. It was a nice touch to have a bottle of wine and patisserie waiting for us as a welcome gift. We would like to congratulate you for being so professional, and hope we can do business together soon. We will for sure recommend your company to all our friends. Thank you, et a bientot! Claudia |

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for a wonderful stay at the Marazine flat. You have done a wonderful job representing your clients. Everything you said in terms of the appointments of the apartment were absolutely correct and the apartment was even better than its photographs. I found everything I needed - and more.
