We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The flat was perfect for us - very close to everything, very clean, well maintained, safe neighborhood. The first floor location (up one flight of stairs) was just right. There was more street noise, but it allowed me to skip the tiny elevator. Someone mentioned the need for a curtain on the hallway window. The curtain has been added, and it was a good addition. Both Didier and the driver were great. I loved Paris and would definitely stay in this flat again. |

Very pleasant apartment. Very well equipped and well maintained. Great location. Quiet despite busy street. Didier was extremely friendly. Our stay was wonderful and very smooth. Not many suggestions to improve. Will likely rent again on our next visit to Paris. Rented apartment in London for same trip. Also very happy with it. Congrats on both. This was our second time renting from Haven in Paris. It was a great pleasure to arrive at the apartment, and it's exactly as shown in the pictures. Our greeter Didier was extremely helpful and professional, and answered all our questions. We arrived early and were allowed to put our luggage in the flat until they had finished cleaning. When we returned everything was spotless. The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable, and the linens were top of the line. The flat was right in the middle of everything, and within walking distance to a variety of venues. Our only complaint would be the fact that there is a lack of privacy because of no window treatments in the hallway and kitchen. If you get out of bed to use the bathroom or go in the kitchen in the morning you need some type of cover up.* One last thing, we used Michael the driver to take us to the airport on the day of our departure. He was on time and very helpful with the luggage, and very courteous. Again it was a great experience using Haven in Paris, and we would recommend them to anyone, and we are already planning our next trip. *HiP note: We are currently working with the owner to put up window treatments. |

We had a wonderful trip and you all made it so easy! The guide to the apartment was great, Didier is a fantastic greeter who brings wine and flowers and David was right there to pick us up. I can't really think of anything that you can improve on. The flat was perfect and in a great location. It was very clean and everything worked. In fact the WiFi is better than ours at home. |

Our family of 6 had a delightful time in Paris in August! I would have to say that crucial to the success of our vacation was the Haven in Paris apartment on St. Germain. The location was optimal for all of our jaunts about the city, and we walked almost everywhere. We found many great boulangeries, restaurants, and shopping very close to our apartment. The apartment itself exceeded expectations in terms of simple, but tasteful decorations and linens, set up for a family, and being properly equipped. In fact, we have joked with another family in Asheville who has rented a HIP apartment in Paris about how we wish our homes here had the simple elegance of a HIP apartment. It was so nice, after a long day of touring and walking to come back to the apartment for a glass of wine and the best roquefort from the organic market on Rue Raspail that we will ever eat!! A plug for Context Travel: we booked 4 tours from them (one we added on once in Paris when we realized how fantastic they were). Our kids are ages 10, 13, and 15, and to see them listening intently (for 3 and 4 hours), asking questions, and soaking in the French architecture, cuisine, and history was priceless. Well done, Context, and thanks to HIP for the link to them! Roger, our greeter, was super. Immediately like an old friend. We looked forward to seeing him again at the end of the week. The drivers to and from the airport (through Greg) were highly professional, and we vowed never to take a subway or bus again after a long night flight. We loved every interaction with HIP--no problems or suggestions whatsoever--and can't wait to book again!! In fact, we are looking at Italy for next summer. |

Didier, our greeter was great, a classic Parisian; super gregarious, and funny too. I wish our stay was longer, the place was in a great location, a short walk to the historic area of Paris and right next to the Metro. Highly recommended. Why HiP? Frankly, it was all that was available - it was a busy week! |

We had a terrific stay in the apartment. It was clean and very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is that a full length mirror somewhere would be good. The location was great, and Didier was very helpful and charming. We would certainly recommend it to anyone and also use your site again. Note from Haven in Paris: We will work on putting a mirror in the apartment shortly. |

We have nothing but praise about the apartment, Didier Paul, our greeter, all of you at Haven in Paris, driver to CDG Jacques Misery.....we had a fantastic vacation! The apt. was exactly as described and as the photos depicted. Didier had all the sheets and towels washed in perfume free soap (my allergies) and thoughtfully rather than having flowers for us (he was worried about a reaction), he had a spread of croissants, chocolatines and other pastries for us. This was great as were were ravenous after our overnight flight and trek on the RER. Didier explained the workings of the apt. to us and then came back at the end of our stay, at the agreed upon time to check us out. He answered all of our "French" life questions and we had a couple of small suggestions for improvement which he duly noted and would rectify (couple of extra towels and finicky phone line late at night calling Canada). The location was perfect for us. We walked, took the metro, took the bus, took the RER and had a taxi stand outside the apt. We used the shopping cart to visit Monoprix and stock up on cheese, wine and food. One of my friends used the iron and ironing board, we used the picnic basket (for our trip to the Loire Valley). We used the washer and dryer, the oven, all with the help of Didier's explanations or reviewing the instruction guide book. Each day we collapsed on the couch, poured a glass of wine and toasted the apt. that made our stay so very much more comfortable that staying in a hotel. We would book with you again in a flash (hope to do so for a villa in the south of France or Tuscany) and would highly recommend your service. |

I've been traveling to Paris for 20 years, but have always rented a hotel. That was not going to be an option for us this time as it was going to be our first trip to Europe with our two young children (18 months & 4 years). Given the cramped quarters of a typical hotel room, we knew we'd be on top of each other not to mention the fact that we did not want to whisper at night after they fell asleep. Staying in an apartment was the ideal choice for us and something I suggest for any small family especially if you'd like to stay in one city for an extended period of time. We spent countless hours looking online at various apartments in every ideal arrondissement, scrutinizing floor layouts and amenities inside and out. While I admit, Haven In Paris hits the high end of our price point, it was truly money well spent. The positioning on Blvd St Germain was perfect with little kids as we were in walking distance to Luxembourg gardens, cafes, markets, boulangeries & grocery stores. Also the metro was 50 feet away from our door and RER a few blocks away. Our greeter, Didier that met us at the apartment upon our arrival was flawless in taking care of and acclimating us to the new apartment. He was friendly and very knowledgable about every inch of living space in the apartment. We had a wonderful experience start to finish and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Why HiP? We so loved working with Haven in Paris! The Blvd. St. Germain property was wonderful, and all of the vendors they recommended to us provided such incredible service. They really made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend HiP again, and plan to use them for our trip to Italy next year. Why HiP? Our stay was really great. Paris is always amazing and the place we stayed at, the Boulevard St Germain, was perfect. The flat is lovely, very Parisian and in very good condition. Very well located also. The size was exactly what we were looking for, and all things works very well. Our greeter was very kind, useful and gave us good tips on Paris and the neighborhood. Couldn't have been better. The cleaner was wonderful. We loved to arrive and see the flat extremely clean and with all the towels washed and dried. Thank you. |

Thank you for the wonderful vacation week we had in February. The Boulevard St. Germain apartment was perfect for our family of 4, and had all of the amenities that we could ask for. It was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The location was amazing as well, and we want to thank Didier for his expert help in getting us acquainted with the apartment and the neighborhood. We were delighted with the apartment. It was comfortable, clean, lovely, and had everything we needed. The location was great. It actually made our stay in Paris much more enjoyable than it would have been had we stayed in a hotel. We would definitely want to stay in a Haven in Paris apartment again. The Blvd. St. Germain apartment was very nice with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The location is excellent as it is near most of the important Paris sites and museums as well as good cafes, brasseries, etc. Including the most famous, Les Deux Magots, Lipp and Cafe de Flore. The metro is right around the corner and it's is a block away from The Cluny. |

HIP is easy to work with and 100% professional. The apartment more than met our needs. Didier (our greeter) was charming, terrific and helpful. The apartment was spotless, as were all linens/towels. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very chic and tasteful. The rental experience from start to finish was a breath of fresh air: no fuss, no disappointments, no troubles.
